Hello Cell C,<br> <br> Like a loyal customer I called you on the 16 January to find out when my data contract expires. Unfortunately I was mesmerised by your marketing tactics and decided to extent my contract for another 12 months. But Guess what? after spending my valued time conversing with you to extend my contract, you still charged me the full amount as if I didn't inform you of my upgrade.. Thank you Cell C, due to your *********** staff... I now want to cancel my contract. If you cannot be loyal to me, I cannot be loyal to you. Cell C....the Power is in your hands!!!<br> <br>
