Cell C The Marc - worst ever branch

Cell C The Marc is not customer friendly at all. I went in a few days ago to ask how to change ownership of a cell number. I was given instructions which i followed exactly. Went back to the store today only to be told that it cannot be done. And to top it all off they kept using ***** as a deterrent. Am I now a ******** when i try to do what they say. they dont care about customer service. No apology or anythin. *********** STAFF AND MANAGER. Please ppl STAY AWAY FROM CELL C THE MARC.
