Cell C, THE MAFIA OF NETWORK PROVIDERS

Cell C should be ranked number 1 in poor service delivery, query handling and customer service. I have been struggling with Cell since 2018. I was called by one of their service champions ( it should be service looser) he offered a contract since they were having a special , i took out a special of 2 Huawei's for once contract . However i got 2 Cell C phone even forgot the models . I tried calling them back to explain they sent me wrong phones and i couldn't be assisted , 7 days passed and i was told i cant return them , in a month the phone were already messed up and very very slow to process everything and i called to ask them to at least upgrade me and i will even pay more that is when i was told i can only upgrade after 2 years. I stopped paying cell c because i have sent emails seeking management to resolve this issue till date i haven't and i have all emails sent and responses . i am now called by MBD attorneys regarding the account . i need help to exercise my consumer rights and i am even busy with petition getting people that are paying for services they didn't want from Cell C . I asked for them to listen to the call recording of the sale and i didn't receive any feed back till date , My number and my wife's were blocked because of Non payments of the contracts . I would love to set an example that even an ant ****s an Elephant . Cell C is forcing people to pay it
