Cell C the king of false advertising & bad service

Where do I start just a little over a year ago I wanted to get a iPad Mini through cell c and for months could have been 6 months maybe more they had no stock, I have a cellphone contract with them and it has now came to the time that I can upgrade and guess what they have no stock on iPhones and the sales agent at mall@reds cellc says there are people who has been on a waiting list for more than 3 months already and I could have to wait 3months or more. I was seriously considering canceling make contracts with cell c yes plural as I have 3 because of poor cover and connectivity the network has but I thought I would give me them another shot but guess what I will b canceling my contracts one by one as they expire and go to a different service provider your not cheaper than the rest I would rather pay more and get better service, better network quality and availability.
