Cell C The Grove Horrible Manager!!!!

Worst service ever received from cell c stores. I wanted to do an upgrade last week Wednesday, they advised me to pay the settlement amount first and bring back the proof of payment to the store. I did the above and Saturday I went to The Grove Cell C thinking maybe I would receive better service after receieving poor service from the two men who was working at cell c menlyn maine saturday, the lady at The Grove Cell C assisted me Saturday afternoon, I gave her proof of payment and she said I have been upgraded and the cell phone will arrive by Tuesday, yesterday the phone had not arrived yet. Today I phoned, the phone was there BUT BRANDON AND HIS EMPLOYEES had NOT DONE THEIR JOBS. NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING on the system was submitted through and Brandon said I cant get the phone, I should wait till the weekend. When I asked him why it was not done he said nobody submitted my upgrade and he cant phone anyone to assist him with it. Mind you cell c, on the phone they said I can come collect. I asked him to escalate the matter and he said he cant do that. He was arrogant and poor customer service. Why do I have to wait 5 days for a cell phone when the timeline I received was 48hrs? And this was from all the stores I enquired at. Why such pathetic service from Cell C the Grove? Why are they not doing their work???
