Cell C the ********** GANG

Re Phumzile Alex Meke - I have been hit by ***** once again. I signed up for a sim card contract 5gb day and 5gb night. The terms were that when our data is finished it stops as a result to study last month my wife depended on night cap because day time was finished.

I was hit with a debit order of R800.00 this month and to my shock I phoned and 3 days later was responded to and rather referred to the STORE level by technical department, Cell C can pick up that ********** changes have occurred but are not coming clean and are sending us back and forth.

The pathetic network has been giving us problems when we have to use the data we must put the portable router on the very top of our cupboards just to make sure we're connected and now we're blasted with *****.

Cell C must sort out the ********** process that took place within them whether in store or head office level, I'm not interested in anything and are very p*ssed off.

They decided to amend my contract without my signature and verbal application, that sh*t must be fixed and SAP.
