Cell C the devourers
I paid-up my 2 cellphone contracts on 14/12/2021, *** and ***. Both payments were allocated. I requested that my accounts be closed, they said they will allocate payments and keep accounts open. Now to my surprise, I have only R909.19 credit and still owe R2499.37 and R2499.37 on both accounts respectively. I am speechless really!

07 Jul 2022, 08:03I made both payments on 14/12/2021, refnr, 2021-12-14/Nedbank/***,R3665.75, and 2021-12-14/Nedbank/***, also R3665.75. I used the reference number, *** and ***7. As you can see i made a finger error on the refnr and omitted the 1 in one of the reference numbers, therefore the issue with the allocation of the funds, which i was assured was resolved when i brought it to your attention.
