Cell c the bridge Port Elizabeth horrible store staff has attitude

on the 4th of this month I.made a complaint about the store in Greenacres the bridge Port Elizabeth about the bad service I received with the cover I did buy there that was coming lose she didnt have money to refund me so I siad ill do a exchange then she siad if it happened again I can't bring the cover back for a 2nd time guess what cell c the stitching at the bottom cover is coming lose again i paid R300 for this cover and now for a 2nd time it happens and im told i can't return it for a 2nd time this is unacceptable cell c I've always been a customer I buy all my phones form cell c and now this what must I now do I want my refund cell c because its the 2nd one now and you guys should tell to your customers your return policies because telling them after they Already did buy it is unacceptable i wil nver shop at cell c again i am going to take my business elsewhere and to think i recommend cell c to all.my friends and family even my colleagues and I get treated this bad at cell c Port Elizabeth the bridge now i lose R300 i cant believe this im shocked beyond words and stll cant believe the attitude i got when I returned it the Frist time cell c you better make tbis right because im posting about this on all social media
