Cell C - The best place to go for no customer service!!!

I am absolutely disappointed in my experience with Cell C. I called in to upgrade my contract more than a month ago and was advised that I would receive my new handset within 7 days. I double checked this TAT with the agent and he confirmed that I will be contacted within the 7 days for delivery. Almost 7 days had passed and I had not heard back so I called in to query the status and was told that I cannot query before the 7 days, I can only call in after the 7 days (I probably called in on the 6th day) I waited and called in not hearing anything only to be told my parcel was still not dispatched and they couldn't say why. I asked for a manager call back which I am still to date waiting on. I called in again a week later and was told, sorry no stock, but you will def get your parcel by mid April. I felt this was unacceptable as it went from 7 days to a month? I asked for a manager call again and guess what.....im still waiting. I called in again and was told they now cannot tell me when my headset would be delivered as they have no idea and they cant help any further. I asked for a manager call again and guess what.....still waiting!!! What makes this even funnier is that I was asked what phone I app**** for on my last call and I said a ***X xSomething and when the lady checked she said your *** xsomething..............WOW......you don't even know what I app**** for!!! Customer service at its best? Cell C - the best brand for no Customer Service what so ever..............forget that I have been a client for almost 10 years......perhaps its time to switch to Vodacom. My contract with them is seamless and my deliveries are within a day! no **** promises and they call you....you don't chase them!
