Cell C the best company

Cell C fibre overcharged my account in December 2022 by 2000 and still have not refunded me or given me an update regarding my refund. I was told and promised that my refund has been processed and that i will receive it within 7 - 14 working days in December but i still have not received anything. Then in the new year, i was told that i have to send through my bank statement to prove that i have not received my refund. This is absolute bull**** from them. Also BTW i dont have any fibre connection. So in conclusion Cell C Fibre is the best company to get *****ed over by.
