#Cell c # the benchmark for useless *********** pathetic service !!!

Moses from Cell C was supposed to phone me on Wednesday , which did not happen .Then Danielle phoned me after i named and shamed them on hellopeter the day before yesterday and promised me that she will personally phoned me today to assist , which did not happened So yesterday a Thabisile phoned me to tell me that she will assist and i can be sure the matter will be resolved and they will not suspend my account and guess what ? They suspended my account again !!!! HA HA HA . I have tried my utmost best to recall if i or anybody else that i know had a more user UNfriendly experience but have come to the conclusion that this is Cell C and that it will be more bearable to have bowel surgery in the woods with a stick than dealing with their incompetence . I think i will get better and faster results speaking to a brick . After i publish this review a new consultant will phone me , apologize again, promising that they will rectify the problem and then we will start all over again and again and again !!!!!!!!!
