#Cell c # the benchmark for useless incompetence pathetic service !!!

They phoned me last month to notify me that my account is in arrears i explained to them that they must debit the account as they have for the last 20 years every month as my account details and bank did not change and all my other debit orders went off Eventually a consultant who tried to assist me debited the account . From that date i have received messages every day that my account will be suspended i have spoken to numerous persons to sort this out and not ONE came back to me to to resolve this . i phoned in myself about 20 times to explain to them that they should just get the person in their accounts department who debited my account on 15 august to show them how to debit the account . The service from them is the most pathetic useless *********** that i have ever experienced They have just notify me now that my account will be suspended today due to their incompetence .
