#Cell c # the benchmark for useless incompetence pathetic service !!!

i received a sms to tell me that my account will be suspended due to non payment which happened last month as well . My account is debited every month for the last 15 years without any problem . Their accounts department is useless as i explained that the error is with them and that they !! must debit the account which they did on the 15th of august and it reflect on my bank statement . If you go back to my voice complaints i stated to the lady that assist me to phone me back if this problem is not resolved but are still waiting , While i am typing this i still hold on for their accounts department for the last 38 minutes . Useless, pathetic , ***********
