#Cell c # the benchmark for useless incompetence and pathetic service !!!

Yesterday after my initial complaint on hellopeter concerning cell c , a consultant named Moses called me and assured me that he will personally intervene to assist me in solving my problem with their accounts department. He actually promised me he will personally call me today if there is any hick ups Today my account is again suspended from 10 am due to their mind boggling incompetence and guess what, Moses did not call because as with all cell c consultants Moses is not pro active and really don't care about customers . They have debited my account for the last 20 years every month without any problems till August 15 this year when a consultant phoned me to tell me that my account is in arrears , I then told them to debit the account which they promptly did . Since then after speaking to numerous of their unhelpful consultants and sending emails without getting a response they still are not able to find that person who can show them how to debit my account as they did on the 15 of August .

Moses was supposed to phone me on Wednesday , which did not happen .Then Danielle phoned me after i named and shamed them on hellopeter yesterday and promised me that she will personally phoned me today to assist , which did not happened . So today a Thabisile phoned me to tell me that she will assist and i can be sure the matter will be resolved and guess what ? They suspended my account again !!!! HA HA HA . I have tried my utmost best to recall if i or anybody else that i know had a more user UNfriendly experience but have come to the conclusion that this is Cell C and that it will be more bearable to have bowel surgery in the woods with a stick than dealing with their incompetence . I think i will get better and faster results speaking to a brick . After i publish this review a new consultant will phone me , apologize again, promising that they will rectify the problem and then we will start all over again . HA HA HA HA I think Cell C should seriously consider their own tv show # Cell C the worlds dumbest service provider #
