Cell C - Terrible Service to past clients!

<p>I had a 24 month contract with Cell C which lapsed. I requested my cell c contract to be sent to me and as I am no longer a Cell C client I have been sent on a field trip. After numerous calls and emails to the Cell C customer centre and being transferred from 1 department to another (each time doing verification checks), I still have not received my contract. I called in and gave my reference number and left messages for the consultants who promised to get back to me, over 1 week later no one has helped me still! Very Frustrating! Cell C has a drive to switch clients, yet cannot service clients!</p>
