Cell C terrible service Makes me want to end my contracts

<p>I am due for an upgrade on one of my three contracts i have with cell c. On the 3 of december 2016 i went into the store and asked if i can upgrade my phone. It was very urgent because my phone had gotten damaged and was un usable. The staff member did not have a clue on how to do this and was on the phone with lots of different people asking them how to do it?? I mean dont you train your staff??? He even didnt know you can check your upgrade date with the *147# option. After about two hours he tells me sorry i can only take a contract for R100.00 per month?????? I am already paying R289.00 PER MONTH and want a upgrade to a phone that is R289.00 PER MONTH???? This makes no sense at all... So after being told very rudly i cant affiord the contract i want and he kept arguing with me, I left the store and was forced to buy a phone from CNA. Now this is what makes me furious... Today cell c phones me and tells me congratulations sir you qualify for and upgrade????? This is the most TERRIBLE service i have ever recived and i feel like terminating all 3 of my contracts. You people need to get your things in order. </p>
