Cell C Terrible Service Ever

Someone opened a Cell C account with my details , I saw the debit orders blocked them went to Cell C Clearwater submitted all documentation and was told all is sorted and this happen 3 years ago. Found out last month this is still not sorted and even today when I go to the branch to tell them I am a victim of ***** and need that letter for SAFPS am always told that they can't call Head Office they can only send emails and NO ONE responds to those mail.
