Cell C Terrible Service

<p>I have been requesting that cell c block my phone as it has been ****** and still 2 weeks later it has not been done. I called several times where they helped me and said i should wait for 24-48hours for feedback but still no feedback from them. I was then referred to a cell c branch where i had to blacklist the phone using a form where they also said that they will back to me and still they have not done so. I am experiencing a problem now because i am without a phone and the insurance is constantly on my back wanting the details of the blacklisted phone.</p> <p> </p>
