Cell C terrible service

<p>We moved to Cell C a year ago from Vodacom and what a big mistake!!! We visited the Cell C store in Kollonade to switch carriers, on my contract i recieved a Sony Aqua M4, we also included insurance with C Surance. about 4 months ago my phone fell from the 3rd storey on site and was damaged. I then visited the Cell C store in Kollonade to submit my claim, none of the staff including the manager had any idea how to submit a claim, i then phoned the insurance myself and they explained to the consultant how to do so. 4 weeks later Cell C phoned me and told me to come fetch my phone, it was my old phone again (the broken one) i then asked them to send it again to the insurance like i asked the first time, and they refused to do so, my wife had to courier the phone herself to C Surance. when we phoned C Surance they said they do not have the phone, but we have a signed waybill, after a big fight they said that someone signed for the phone but they do not know where it is. we have been phoning now for the past two weeks no answer, you can hold for 30min or more with no answer, its been 4 months and i still have no phone, The Cell C store in Kollonade is pathetic non of those people have any idea what they are doing the manager included, they are helpless and incopetent, as for C Surance they are even worst. No one answers, no one phones back and no one knows what they are doing in this company, cant see how its still in business if this is how they treat customers.</p>
