Cell C terrible service

I have never had such bad service ever, 4 months ago I tried to move my fibre line & nothing has happened, the manager that I have spoken too numerous times Jarrid Naidoo doesnt do what he says he is going to, I cant seem to ever get through to them, really bad customer service
