Cell C - Terrible Service

I have been phoning Cell C since the 14th of August 2018 until today and still not had any satisfaction as to solving my problem which is i have two cell phone numbers with cell c they credited the full payment to the one number and no payment to the other and then suspended the second line while the first one is in credit.

i have been promised by supervisors that the problem will be rectified at this point in time no one has come back to me or solved the problem the second line is still suspended since last week. Trying to get any sense out of the Call center is impossible and when one complains you are placed on hold to listen to their music for 17 minutes.

i can only say that this is the worst service i have ever received and i cannot recommend cell c to anybody wanting a cell phone contract
