cell c terrible service

<p>on the 28th June i handed my phone in for repairs at cell c liberty mall. on the 25th July i was told it had left the repair centre one week later i went to the mall my phone was not in but i was told that they have replaced the phone, early August the phone was picked up by my dad, when i had looked at the phone it was full of marks and scratches I e-mailed cell c with no response i called in and was told the phone is a refurbished phone and they will only book the phone in if there is a fault and not because i am unhappy with the appearance , the same week i logged into my facebook application and it kept kicking me out i took the phone back in 13aug and showed the assisit what was happening and he booked it in , 1-09-2016 im told the phoned is out of warranty now and i need to pay R600, how does this make sense when my replacement phone was only given to me in August and that too i was given a faulty phone so how is it that I’m responsible for the repairs, this makes no sense</p>
