Cell c... Terrible service

To whom it may concern<br> I am very disappointed with Cell C's service as of late.<br> I had brought in my cell phone all the way from Randburg area to the cell c head office in Midrand as i was promised my phone would be fixed faster than taking it to a store and that i would get it back sooner. Needing my cell phone to be fixed as quickly as possible i did what i was told would be the best option. They said it would take 3-4 working days and notify me if it needed to be sent somewhere else and that would take 7 working days .<br> It has been almost 3 weeks and i have received no notifications on my phones whereabouts or progress . I have phoned several times and each time i get told they 'don't know'. I was promised progress reports to see if my phone was getting fixed and what is wrong with it and i have received nothing. <br> <br> Is this supposed to be good service ?
