Cell c TERRIBLE Service

I was very 2 minded about upgrading with cell c but I thought this time it will be different.<br> I called yesterday at 2:30 to do a sim swop and was informed that the turn around time was 2-4 hours<br> to date no one has called me back.<br> I called this morning and was informed that the case has been marked as urgent and that i will receive a call in an hour which was not done. i requested to speak to a team leader in the department and was transfered to a 2ic (second in charge)utter dissapointment this lady was not interested at all and was not willing to go the extra mile the more i raised my concerns the more she gave me standard responses that someone will call me , no empathy no concern no telephone ettiquette i dont even think she was listening ( lungile from kzn) <br> Noluthano was suppose to call me back 2.5 hours later no call back from back office i am still awaiting for a call from the Manager as well. <br> whos going to take ownership of this query
