cell c terrible network

I had a cell phone contract with cell c. Due to constant bad signal they agreed to cancel my contract from their side as they could only rectify the problem in 2 - 3 months. I had to give cellphone and box and all back to cell c which i did on the 28th of March 2015. I phoned them everyday since the following Monday to try and get contract cancelled. I ended up talking to the head of retensions. His name was vincent rakobi. Eventually after how many phonecalls the contract got cancelled. I asked vincent why it was cancelled so late because it has rolled onto a nee month. He said that he will take it up with cell c and nothing will be payable as the contract took too long to be cancelled on their side. No i recieve a final demand for payment to cell c???? I am trying to get hold of vincent but with no avail. According to me nothing is outstanding seeing that vincent said he will sort it out. So what now???<br> Will never go back to cell c. Service is terrible.
