Cell C Terrible Customer Service

Bought airtime for my Cell C number. This is used for my Wi-Fi. Money not showing on my App. Contacted Cell C, Sent proof of payment and Bank statements on their request. Told them to contact me on my regular cellphone number (MTN). After phoning them AGAIN, was told the case was closed as they could not reach me on the Cell C number (Which I told them was in my Wi-Fi router) They have my e-mail address and my money? ?? Had to open another case.... Still waiting. Their servive really sucks...
