CELL C terrible after sales service

Cell C offers some of the better cellphone packages out there, but their sales service is more than pathetic. <br> firstly they tell me that samsung S5 has been discontinued and that it's replacement is the alpha series (which is not the case). so i opt for the alpha series, go through the first few application steps only to be told the next day that they have no stock of the fone i want. Two weeks later, i get a call that the fone is now in stock and if i want to carry on with the application. I go through the application and am quite chuffed with the quick and painless process... was i wrong!<br> <br> by the weekedn i recieved my phone. But it is the wrong phone on the wrong plan. How it went so wrong i will never understand!. I sent the phone back, it takes them two days to collect, a week to verify that the fone is in good condition and then another week to go through the whole sales process again. <br> <br> This is now about 4 weeks that i have had no form of personel communication, as Cell C was very quick port my number well before i even recieved the fone. <br> <br> As a single person, out and about all the time, not having a phone becomes a safety hazard, and Cell could give a flying &^%$.
