Cell C terrible
I have no cell coverage in my area. Customer care informed me that they will erect a service tower within the next few years. Shocking that this company feels that they are entitled to receive my monthly instalment for a service which they do not provide. I must comply with my part of the contract by paying each month, however they do not have to comply with their obligation to provide me with a service that I am paying for.
