Cell C - terrible

I have a multi connect card and the top unlimited package yet I am being billed for calls that are meant to be free. Zenith from Hout Bay Cell-C does not contact me back when she says she will on numerous occassions and the story keeps changing. I am totally fed up and the service from Cell-C call centre has been abysmal. Its resulted in my being incorrectly charged and into the thousands of rands because I was told that I had to keep adding money into my account. I was also being charged for subscriptions I never took out and checked with the special number on all my cards. And that I was call forwarding which I wasn't other than to a cell-c number on the voicemail which is not forwarding. The calls I make from the multi card are charged even though they aren't meant to be. this has been going on for months!
