Cell C terminated my contract without my consent.

This is the third time I write to Hellopeter regarding Cell C. Cell C has terminated my contract in March 2019 without my consent. I have been in contact with Cell c regarding my contract since September 2018. They have deducted money since September 2014 for a phone that I reported as ****** and that was cancelled at the Cell C Worcester Mall franchise. They phoned me several times and made promises to get back to me - without any success.

I have tried to make a appointment with the regional manager in the Western Cape via the new Cell C store in Mountain Mill. Still awaiting for response. I am a very unhappy Cell C customer Regards Maryke Botha
