Cell C telephonic upgrades are bad.

I was called by Cell C upgrade to advise to do early upgrade with them telephonically. It felt so easy and took not even 20min. They said device is in stock and will reach me in 3 days. On the 4th day I called to follow up, and was told the device was never in stock. Then said it would take two weeks before it is in stock. Then I was told to rather go to Cell C store and upgrade there of they have stock. At store they had stock, but couldn't help as my upgrade with Cell C was not cancelled yet on office side. Then after being inconvenienced, still said it woule take up to 48hrs to cancel this upgrade. Still not resolved and I am atill waiting. Every agent at call centre always gives a different explanation regarding the query. You need to shape up Cell C. You can call for upgrades but not follow anything through.
