CELL C tele sales a disaster they do not tell customers the trough

Cell c customer service phoned me i. c. w. a upgrade the package that was sold to me was not what I received. BE CAREFULL EVERYBODY They promise the moon and stars and after I received my new phone i realized they told me a lie. after several ref no and one month NOTHING HAPPENS
