Cell C Team and ref my previous 'loyalty' post

I had a complaint regarding the Loyalty on my previous post that I struggled with. I had done a comparison of contracts with the different SP. Teboho and team then took my concerns to the upgrades department and pushed to offer me a better deal for my loyalty. I must say that they matched the competitors and provided me with great feedback. I am happy to be staying with Cell C as I have been with Vodacom and MTN and Cell C beats them in all the services. Cell C makes you feel part of the family and that you are a valued customer :-) Thanks once again to Teboho and team for the great service!!!<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Franco
