Cell C Tax Invoice request

CellC what a joke !! Try get a tax Invoice out of these people, you stand more chance of willing the Lotto !! Every time I purchase Data I need a Tax Invoice. I purchase data on the Cell phone APP, request data invoice does not work. The customer care department cannot assist except to say mail customer care, who never get back to you. Request invoice on the web site does not work.

The only thing that seems to work is to complain here ! What a sad state of affairs !!
