Cell C tarnishes my credit score!

I have had the most terrible experience with CellC, last year I closed two of my contracts with them. I settled the accounts with them in December yet their lawyers still found it necessary to register a judgement against me with the credit bureaus. needless to say this has made it very difficult for me to buy a car and house because of the negative effect it has on my credit score.

I have tried to reach out to the legal department but to no avail, I have been told that the legal department do not speak directly to clients. I have been given 3 different emails to use but each have bounced back and so the matter still goes unresolved.
