Cell C taking their F** time with my repairs

if this is how customers are treated at Cell C then i might as well port back to MTN and stick to the devil I know. ever since I got a contract with Cell C it has been a rollercoaster full of nothing but problem after problem. one buys a phone and in the first month I must send it for repairs, then i have to wait and I have to follow up on the status of the repairs because Cell C staff are too busy with other nonsense to give me a simple update. then this gets better before the third month is over the damn phone needs other ****** repairs and now I actually wonder if i am paying for a new phone or some cheap imitation of what should be the best Sony range out there. I have phoned the store that I took it to for repairs on friday and they told me according to the system the phone is done (repair cycle) but lone behold I still dont have that phone yet. this is the worst service I have ever recieved and my patience is wearing thin and cancelling my contract is the only option left. my Job number is PRE 668179 I want my phone today!!!
