Cell C taking my money, without my authorization!

Unprofessionalism from Cell C, there were 2 ***** cases opened in my name 1 with Vodacom and 1 with Cell C. The Vodacom ***** case was dealt with in a quick and professional manner. I haven't even heard from Cell C other then an email days after the fact I already submitted the requested documentation and spoke to Cell C initially reporting the case. I received an email a few days ago asking for the same documentation. And that someone will call me, no one has called me and Cell C have debited my account again!!!! This contract was taken out in Cape Town, I live in JHB. I have done my part and done all you asked but you still taking my money without my authorization, this is theft!! Its not my phone and not my contract!!
