Cell C. taking my money

I had a data contract with Cell C which I wanted to cancel when I moved away from SouthAfrica. I have written to the customer services email address several times, first stating that I wanted to cancel the contract with immediate effect,but nothing was done so I continued to pay a monthly fee for a service I had already canceled. I emailed again asking to be rreimbursed and got no response althoughthe automaticreply says someone would phone me back. I have now been sitting on the helpline for 45 minutes without an answer. Cell c is taking my money, don't use this company if you want to one day be able to easily cancel your contract!
