Cell C taking my data

I highly doubt I ever get any feedback or assistance as the call center agent was of no assistance. As a matter a fact she told me if the phone settings was correct - which they are - I was either roaming the internet a 2 this morning - which I obviously wasn't as my phone has no history of that plus I was sleeping - or I must get a new phone. Really? And who is going to buy me a new phone? Cell C? I got this phone the end of November and no settings were changed so what is now wrong with the phone? It never used my data like this before so is my phone now malfunctioning and using data while I sleep? And then it deletes the history so I cant see that it was using the internet without my knowledge? Al least then humor me and advise me what my phone was googling while I was sleeping as the agent couldn't tell me that either.

Cell C did phone me back and according to the agent I will be receiving feedback tomorrow morning as she cannot pull today's report as yet. After that we can address the issue. I loaded 250MB data at about 12:30 +- last night. According to my phone I used 16.66MB since 12:00 till now. So there should be about 233MB left on my phone but there is nothing left. I will await the report in the morning. Thank you for the call back at least.

I was told Thabisile that I would receive feedback about my missing data first thing this morning. Yet it is almost 10:00 and I have not had feedback as yet. The call center agents on 135 are useless. How do I go about resolving this matter? How do I follow up? As a matter a fact I'm not sure if my money was just taken and no data even allocated at all or if it was allocated but then just deducted without reason. Either way I require feedback as to where the problem was and what will be done to fix it.

There was a time sheet sent. Yes. But no indication on this list of how much data was taken for what. I need to see where the bulk of the data went so I can query the related entry.
