Cell C taking money from my account

I have cancelled both my contracts with cell c an converted them to prepaid (Because of there horrible reception)<br> I have to pay an extra cancellation fee which i did not mind at all,i have sent a cancellation letter as follows<br> <br> \As per our telephone conversation i would like to cancel both my numbers and convert them to prepaid effective immediately due to moving overseas.<br> <br> I have attached both proof of payments for the following numbers:<br> <br> ***<br> ***"<br> <br> This was the response i received<br> <br> \""Good day Mr Amod"
