cell c taking money and not giving the product

I pay my contracts every month, every month i phone to say that my internet forever is saying that i dont have internet available. Phone and the customer care will say no mam there is so much data you should have internet, take out sim and restart!!! bla bla .. i phoned again after urgently want to use my internet and the same story "YOu have no INTERNET!!!! I phoned the customer care, spoke to one of the technical departments and i was told that you either have to do a sim swop, we have a problem ext. MY problem is....I pay my account and cannot use the internet!!! I want my money back and contracts cancelled and no mam i will report this and log the case and someone will get back to you. HOW CAN YOU TAKE MONEY EVERY MONTH AND NOT GIVE WHAT YOU SUPPOSE TO GIVE!!! PLEASE HELP!!!
