Cell c taking from consumer

Had a contract with cell,lost my job last year October in November called cell c to pay my outstanding balance including cancellation of contract was told R10388,42 I paid on 23/11/2020 and after 2 days called to cancel the account,now June 2021 they call me everyday in the morning to remind me that I’m owing R1699 for cancellation that is pathetic and now it’s a habit to call 8:30 in the morning I have sent numerous emails to customer service email with a case number to no avail someone never did his/her job and somewhere money is not balancing now they want to take from a consumer who honestly paid R10388,42 which is not pap and vleis very bad service from cell c I would not recommend best go to Telkom.
