Cell C taking but not giving

Well what more can I say about the level of service of Cell C.. After many promises and no action it is sadning that after trying my best to resolve this issue I need to look at a different service provider. It seems like Cell C would pretend to take notice of you problem on hellopeter, but nothing happens afterwards.. Given them ticket no after ticket no and not even a email to tell me that my issue with them will be looked at. For almost 2 years I paid to much on my Fibre account and according to them they don't have records of 2 years back signed contacts.... Pathetic indeed
