Cell C takes your money and doesnt credit your acc

After buying airtime through cellphone banking, I received sms from my bank that money has been deducted from my bank account. But no credit has been added to my cell phone. After phoning customer services I was told 2 days and it will be fixed. I went from back office to supervisor. I had to fax my bank statement through. Its been almost 2 weeks and still no success. Every time I speak so someone else. Get a new reference number. Each time a promise is made give it another 24 hours. Still no airtime credit to my account. This is a new contract and I am extremely unhappy from moving from another cell phone company over to Cell C. They are quick to sign your contract but their customer service is terrible. They ***** peoples money and blame it everything else.. even the bank. Where else can I report this in order to get service? How much money do they take from customers? This is terrifying..
