Cell C takes unauthorized money

Cell C deducted money from my bank account without reason and or authorisation.

I logged a call with them.

The guy that decided to phone my now (in English not Afrikaans) asked me ridiculous questions like my ID number etc…. before he will help me.

I asked to speak to his manager, he refused and gave me the “this is process” nonsense. I wanted to talk but his voice obviously take preference over the clients voice, so I spoke real loud, telling him to simply give me the email address for their legal team and I will mail them.

At this point he decided to say goodbye and close my ticket logged.

My REF# are ********** 476 OR ********** 158.

Get your team manager to phone me. All I want to do is to take legal action against Cell C for deducting unauthorised money from my back account, it is not that difficult to understand.
