Cell C takes the money but does not give airtime

I bought airtime on the CellC app on 1/12/2025, 10:41 am. I have not received this airtime. I have been back and forth with the bank and CellC and no one is able to help. The funds were debited to my account, yet I do not have the airtime. I can't believe that between the bank and CellC this cannot be resolved. I am quite disappointed as your application is clearly not working, but you want the customer to run around. Just give me the airtime, it has been a week already.
