Cell c takes my money, but I never received my data
I bought data (2+1gb) through the cell c app. The amount was deducted from my account (R95) yet I never received my data.
I have contacted cell c numerous times, was contacted & stated the matter is attended too, yet I received an sms a day later that states the query is resolved & the matter closed. The social media team was of no help at all.
I want my data or a refund, so that I can change service providers.

I have confirmation from my bank that the money have been cleared by cell c, so all I want is my data that I have paid for. Easy as that.
