Cell C takes my Airtime for no reason

Hello Peter , Please assist I have a Cellc prepaid line *** . Yesterday I loaded R30 airtime which I normally convert to data. Yesterday i was not able to do so , I called the cellc customer line twice and both ladies said that cellc is experiencing a technical issue therefore i was not able to transfer my airtime to data. this morning when i tried again , it reflects zero balance.

where did my R30 go to .....Why is it zero balance when I did not use my money and i do not have any automatic downloads activated .

i have done as requested and this is what message i get

airtime balance : R0.16
emergency airtime : R0.00
expiry date : 01/01/2037
Anytime recharge bonus airtime : R60.00
expiry date : 03/09/2024

i am still unable to load my data because decided to ***** my money

please fix this if not i am going to report this to the board , ombudsman and public protector

please stop making silly excuses and refund my R30
