Cell C takes more than 4 days to migrate a Contract

in the past cell c has always helped me very fast and efficiently with my problems or questions. This week however from Monday to Friday I have phoned every day to get 2 contracts migrated from voice to data contracts and every time they say they will mail the person wich is handling my request and escalate it up to now no one has phoned me back nor responded on any of my e mails. My ref no ********** 880 . Very Dissapointed in the service and lack of communication
