Cell c takes from elderly without service

Hi cell c, I am the daughtsr of a 75 year old cancer patient who lives on a state pension and what little I can provide alone. She has done three shoutout bundles amd I've sent her 60 rand to do another this month. She is miles from her grandchildren and myself. The money is swallowed. She has been doing shout out bundles for ages now and knows what she is doing tet this month something went horribly wrong. She goes to your shop near sunny park and is met with disintrest and vlown off only to go home and cry because she is frail; has walked far to get there and is in need of help well paid for and sacrificed fpr. Is this ok by you. The elderly being used. It is not the first compmaint from her I've hear but this will be the last. I am on contract with you as well as my husbamd and we vow to end ours if you do not set this right. I am utterly ashamed and disgusted.
